Dear All,

I am filling up the application for Naturalisation under Spouse route and was arranging the supporting documents required.
Under Section 5, It says evidence required for freedom from immigration time restrictions.
I don't have an ILR stamped on my passport as I've a biometric permit (ILR).
The required evidence mentioned is home office letter which gives me the permission to remain permanently in the UK. Unfortunately I've lost the letter which accompanied the permit. And I'm quite worried as I've already arranged a booking for NCS. Wondering if anyone could kindly help as to what other document to use.

NB- Ive a previous letter from UKBA mentioning my Biometric Permit will be posted to me in Seven working days. Will this work as an alternative?

I would really appreciate a quick response.

Kind regards,
Tony

Correct me if I am mistaken but I believe all essential info about you is on your Biometric Permit.
NCS will make copy of all of your documents and return originals to you.

You don't need the letter. You ILR biometric permit will be sufficient.
