Asylum Seeker applying for Nationality

Hello everyone,
i seeking advice for my friend who hasn't got computer, she got asylum and now since 2011 she got indefinite leave to remain ( sicker on the paper). she has not got her passport so home office given her sicker ILR on the documents.
Now my question is can she apply for british nationality with these paper as its been 3 years she is on ILR? does she need her home country passport to apply? she does not want dual nationality and never wants to go back. but for travel and ID purpose she need nationality. If yes, then what documents she need and can she you NCS.

Your advice will appreciated and will help lot a disable person .

If she was legally in the UK during the previous 5 year period, then yes, subject to the standard requirements.

Thanks a lot vinyl. I believe she still use an form for citizenship?
