MN1 form - couple of questions

Hi All

I was filling in the MN1 form and wanted to ask your help for following questions.

1.3 - Please say if and when the child was given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK. If the child’s parent is an
EEA national, a Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss national you should ensure that they
qualify for permanent residence
Now my son was born in UK but never had any indefinite leave to remain/enter. He is on PBS dependent visa due to expire in Feb. What shall I say in this question or shall I leave it blank?

1.17-1.18 - I am planning to use council service, does this mean that I have to put their name is this filed...? "If someone other than the parent or legal guardian is representing the child, for example local authority, social services,
agent or solicitor, or you are making the application through a consulate, please tell us their name /address

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

1- Leave it blank, if your son is born in UK and you or your spouse has ILR now.
2- Nope, they are not your legal adviser. They are just there to check a) form is completed correctly b) photocopy your docs so you don't have to send original.
