I recently received my ILR under the 10 years long residency, and I am about applying for the british citizen through registration (form MN1 - under section 1(3) ) for my two children who were both born in UK ( 3years and 1 Years).

THEY DON'T HAVE NIGERIA PASSPORT !!!!. Please I will like to know if they will required getting Nigeria passport to submit as part of required document for their British citizen registration as proof of identity OR JUST SUBMIT ONLY THEIR UK BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

I don't want to waste my £669 application fee to UKBA .PLS ADVICE ME ON THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT.

Child born in UK just need to submit following only
Full British Birth Certificate
and
Parents or one parent status of ILR
they are not required to submit foreign passport for British Registration.

I recently got my indefinite through the 10 years long residency, and about applying for my wife as a spouse of settled person using the FLR (M) .

I want to use my self employed income and I will like to know if it the Net income that I have to
Proof ( income after expenses ) OR the gross income ( income before expenses)

Anything before expenses is your turnover not income.
You'd have to use your gross income (after expenses but before tax).
