If someone has bank loan and credit card loan and if he wants to apply for naturalisation, can it effect his application in any way?
is there someone here who has the same situation can share his/her experience.

No. Unless you have defaulted and caused a lot of issues, the mere fact that you have bank loans and credit card loans will not affect your application.
