hi all

I'm new to these boards. I'm a Canadian married to a UK spouse, with 2 questions:

I'd like to return home for a few months this summer, and wondering if I can submit my BC application and travel out of country (as long as less than 90 days)?

&

Once my BC application is approved, are there restrictions to the amount of time I can travel out of country? i.e. 90 days for the first 3 years? I heard this, but unsure where to find this info.

thanks for your help!

Once you apply you can travel without restrictions. 90 days rule applies only in the last year prior to application.
Have in mind that once you get a letter that your application is approved you have 3 weeks to book a ceremony and 90 days to attend it.
Once you become BC there are no travel restrictions.
