12 months residency requirement

Hi,
I had a quick question on the 12 month with ILR before application for ILR requirement.
Is this like other application where you can apply 28 days before the 12 months are up or do you have to wait until 12 months and one day before applying for naturalisation?
So if my ILR issue date is 1/02/2015, can I apply for naturalisation on say 04/01/2015 (within 28 days of 12 months) or do I need to wait until 02/02/2015 to apply?

you cant apply before 28 days, you can apply anytime after 1/02/2015.

total confusion, your dates are not clear, When you got your ILR?
You mentioned 1/02/2015 is ur ILR date and asking 04/01/2015 for naturalization ?

No. You need to wait until 12 months have passed to the day.

Yes you need to wait until 02/02/2015 before you are eligible to apply.
And guessing that you are not on spouse route, please make sure were present in UK in February 2010.

My apologies. I meant 2016 in the above examples.
I just got my BRP with ILR. Start date is 28/01/2015. So from the comments I assume I can only apply for naturalisation on the 29th of Jan 2016?

You have to hold ILR for minimum 1year.
