Just a quick enquiry.

Do I need to submit my ILR Biometric card with the AN application for naturalisation?

Also due to personal issues, I am applying for naturalisation almost 3 years after I was granted ILR (ILR Granted on 3rd May 2012). This will not be an issue, I hope?

Some reassurance would be welcome.

You need to submit your ILR together with passport. However, if you use NCS they will copy your documents and return originals to you.
It will not be an issue that you are applying after 3 years of being granted ILR ( I applied after 9 years).
