Query about my daughter citizenship

Dear members- Please do respond to my query if you have any idea about it:
We both - my husband and myself are received ILR ( indefinite leave to remain) visa status in March 2012.
We were blessed with baby girl on 23rd October 2013 where I she was born in Hyderabad , India.
After the birth of the my daughter both myself and baby came back to UK and joined my husband on 20th January 2015.
However my husband is still keeping the ILR visa and planning to apply for naturalization probably in July 2015.
I have a query about my daughters citizen ship application and my query is:
Does my daughter qualify for British citizenship right now or else she has to spare certain amount of time ( like one or 2 years) in UK before she qualify for British citizen? or else she could apply for British Citizen under MN (1) application where my daughter was born outside UK?
Please let me know your thoughts and your response would be appreciated
