NCS Appointment tomorrow - extremely urgent queries

Hi All,

I got my NCS appointment tomorrow and I am stuck at two questions:

I am applying based on ILR + 1 year. I work as a IT contractor working through my own limited company so have selected the option of 'Director' for question 3.2
Are you - An employee, A business partner, Self employed or Director.

Can you confirm what will be the tax reference? Is it the number on HMRC correspondence or my company tax reference?
Also, do I need to submit Self assessment report from HMRC for last 5 years? or just 1 year?

Lastly, in Business address do I need to give the address where my company is registered (all my documents actually refer to my home address but for company registration it is some address in Lytham, England)

Thanks a lot for your help.

What should be the tax reference number for PAYE (my spouse)?

Thanks for your quick reply.

My accountant asked HMRC to send SA302 and they have sent it for year 2013-2014.
However, I also just requested for another year and they have sent it for 2012-2013. This year SA302 form is showing some outstanding amount due? I am not confused whether or not I should apply tomorrow or can i be refused if they all 5 years one. My appointment is at 9 so wont get to speak with my accountant.

Regarding, business address - should this be the address where my company is registered (through companies house), my accountant address or my home (which is usually my address for all business transactions - I am an IT contractor working through ltd company)

When applying under 5 years rule you are not required to be employed.
If Home Office needs additional documents they will contact you.
I would put all the details as it is registered under.
