MN1 form Photograph query

I am applying for BC for my 2yrs old kids.

on MN1 form section 5, it says write name and DOB on back and then glue it on the box.

I am bit confused here, if I write names and DOB on back and stick it, the details won't be visible. What is the point of writing something and then hiding it permanently (assuming glue is permanent)? or maybe they want two pictures, one to stick on the form and the other un-glued with names on back.

All I can think of is that nobody can un-glue the picture and use it elsewhere but I just want to confirm please. Thanks.

The writing name on the back is just to ensure if the photo detaches from the application due to insufficient glue then ukba will be able to match the photo to the application.
So, yes, you have to write the name on the back and stick one on the application
