I entered the UK on May 1st 2012 on a fiance visa. I was granted FLR on 16 March 2013 for 2 years I'm married to a British Citizen by birth.
When does my qualifying peroid for naturaliastion begin. 1st May 2012 or 16 March 2013. I'm assuming I will have ILR in the next 6 months. That would mean from my fiancé visa I've been in the UK longer then 3 years.

1st May 2012
Once you obtain ILR, you can apply for British Citizenship immediately (if you wish) as spouse of British Citizen.

Just out of curiosity. Are you on spouse visa or
fiance visa? As as far as I know fiance cannot get ILR, or is it an
unmarried partner visa?

No, I'm now past FLR 2 years and application in for ILR. Means by May 2015 I've been in the UK for 3 years. I will apply for Citizenship straight away as I would have been in the UK from a Fiancé Visa to ILR longer then 3 years.
