Hi Guys, I am going to apply for British naturalization on 28 March 2015 (going to post documents on this date) and already completed old AN form, now I saw new AN form on website and old one is removed and on new AN form not mentioned anywhere that this form is valid from April 2015.

Do i need to fill new AN form or I can apply on old AN form? please help, kind regards

I believe it will make sense to use the new form as that is what is currently on their website. UKBA always advises that the most recent form should be used for applications. How would you explain using the old form when it was taken off their website prior to you making your application?

I think it would be pretty easy to explain how that could happen

I highly recommend using NCS and asking them for advice in advance of the appointment. The service i received was absolutely fantastic in any case.

Do you think the referee's details and signature from the old application can be used in the new application?
The details requested and information for referees are exactly the same.
I am applying for BC on 31st of March and there is not chance of getting one of the referee's to sign the new form before the appointment.

I suggest calling 0300 123 2253 and asking them. They were (mostly) helpful each time I rang.

I called Home Office today and guy advised me that I can submit old form (June 2014 version) before 6th April 2015.
