If the B1 Entry 3 is from ofqual then you can use the test until Nov 2015; only if the test was taken before 6th April 2015.

However, The gurus (Vinny, Amber, CR001 etc) - if previously approved B1 certificate used for successful ILR could be used for naturlisation? OR applicant needs to re-take new approved test and their previously approved test will no longer be valid?

B1 CEFR level is still accepted, click here for a full list for new regulations regarding English tests.
From the same link:
Anyone who has taken a previously approved test on or before 5th April 2015 may still use it in a UK immigration application until 5th November 2015 providing the test is one of those detailed in the Transitional Approved Tests list which can be found at this link:

That's true but what about applicant who have already produced b1 for their ILR, do they still need to take a new test or their previously approved test will be acceptable even after 5th Nov 2015?

If their ILR was granted on or after 28 Oct 2013, then on form AN page 7, they can simply tick the box:
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013;
