Dear members.
I have filled my naturalization form, now I remember i was issued one Penalty charge Notice by Lambeth council in London Driving on bus lane 14 months ago
I paid the fine straightaway over the phone, Now I am wondering should I mention it in the AN form or ignore it when applying British naturalization

Secondly I have got NCS appointment tomorrow, still confused should I send my original BRP along with application or just copy

Looking for your replies

kind regards

One PCN in last 12 months is fine, no problem there

I am not sure about BRP since I have applied last month - others can comment on that.

All the best!

Hi in regards to BRP card, I submitted mine with NCS yesterday. They advised to tick yes for BRP enclosed and the NCS Person wrote on the box below attested copy is attached..
so hopefully that answers your query..

Sorry, I didn't get that. Are you saying you submitted an ORIGINAL brp, and that it was not returned to you? Did NCS insist that the original brp must be sent to HO, or was it your initiative? Also, if you submitted an original, then what was the point of submitting an attested copy???
