Application without BRP

I have no BRP, even though I do have a Document Certifying Permanent Residence (I am EEC).

Now, it is not entirely clear for me how it works with the new application procedure. Once I submit the application, I will receive a letter from Home Office with the exact post office to attend to and get my BRP taken? Is that right? Or should I myself go and have it done somehow before the application for naturalization?
Could someone help with this?

Cheers!

Complete the relevant section of the form regarfing biometrics. HO will write to you and you will need yo take the letter to the post office to enrol biometrics. The letter will have a barcode on specifically relating to your application and post office will scan it and afterwards confirm to HO that you have completed them. No need to do anything before you apply.
