Applying when already a dual citizen?

Hi,
My partner is already a citizen of 2 countries, and now applying for UK. The UK Form AN only has room for one citizenship to be listed (Question 1.9 on page 3). We are going to supply passports for both existing citizenships, but not sure how/where to declare the second citizenship in writing? In this something for page 23?
