Registration or naturalisation??

Hi dear good people.

I had my ILR in late 2013.

My son and my wife are my dependants (their visas expire in may, 2016)

Now I decided to apply for a British Citizenship and I believe I have to fill "naturalisation" form.
When I was applying for an ILR, I have done life in the UK test...
My questions are:
1). Do I have to take a Life in the UK test again? ( I have got MSC degree from UK university. And I do not have my Life in the UK test results, as I have already submitted to HO)

2). My son is my dependant. If I want to apply a citizenship to him as well, (he was born in the UK in 2007)
What form shall I fill? Registration form(MN1) or a naturalisation form?

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

kindest regards,
Moulie.

Thank you Vinny.
I have now booked an interview with Nationality Checking Service in my borough.

They sent a letter saying I must fill an application form (but did not tell what application)
I suppose I will fill MN1 for my child then.

Thanks a lot again.
