Please advice when my wife can apply for British Citizenship

Hello everyone,
First of all I would like to thank you all of you for this wonderful form.
My wife granted UK entry clearance visa spouse on 02/09/2012 for 27 months, she entered the UK on 14/09/2012,
she granted ILR on 18/11/2014.
Please advice on what date she can apply for a British Citizenship for Spouse as "Spouse of British Citizen"

Anytime on or after 14th September 2015 once she has been resident in the UK for 3 years as spouse of British Citizen and provided she meets the standard requirements and is within the absence limits.

thank you so much for your quick answer.
I forgot to mention that I become a british citizen on 2013 which is 1 year after my wife entered the UK, is this make any difference?

No, the requirement is for you to British at the time of her application. It is not to be 'British since birth' or 'British since wife entered', if that makes sense.
