Hi,

I am going for an NCS appointment for myself, wife and 6 years old son who was born abroad. I came here on Tier 1. We all have ILR which we got on 3rd May 2014. We booked NCS appointment on 5th May 2015.

My list of documents are:

1 ) 2 x AN application forms
2 ) MN1 form
3 ) Passports (old and new)
4 ) BRPs
5 ) Life in UK
6 ) Degree + Naric Letter + Medium of Instruction letter from university + old IELTS 2008(for me)
7 ) Degree + Naric Letter + Medium of Instruction letter from university (for wife)
8 ) Marriage Certificate
9 ) Birth certificate (for son)

Do I need anything else? The below document says you need driving licence, pay slip and P60. Is it actually required? Yes I know the document is old but someone was saying we need these documents as well.

See page 29 of Form AN for adults. Child seems okay, don't forget his passport. Good luck.

The link you have provided says that if your passport does not cover the period only then do you need to submit the other documents.

Page 15 of the AN Guide lists the document requirements

Have you completed the most recent form AN? It changed very recently.

Has your wife been in the UK for a full 5 years?

Hi,

Yes. She came here on 24th March 2010. So she'll be fine.

Regards,

Good to go then. Also make sure that you were all physically present in the UK exactly 5 years ago, to the day, on the date that HO receives your application. If you or dependents weren't, it is an automatic refusal.
