Hi,

My wife and me are applying for our Naturalisation and meet the qualifying criteria - have an ILR, residence requirements etc. We have filled out seperate AN forms.

Both our daughters were born outside of UK (in US) and also have ILR's and have been living in UK for over 5 years.

3 Questions

- Can i apply for my children along with our applications
- Which forms to be used for the children - AN or MN1 form
- They have asked for biometric permits to be sent along with the application. Can i send just the photocopy or should i send the actual biometric card. The reason i I need to be travelling frequently outside of UK as part of my work.

Appreciate any response in this regard.

Thanks
RM

- Can i apply for my children along with our applications - Yes. How old are they?
- Which forms to be used for the children - AN or MN1 form - for children it is form MN1
- They have asked for biometric permits to be sent along with the application. Can i send just the photocopy or should i send the actual biometric card. The reason i I need to be travelling frequently outside of UK as part of my work. - You need to send originals, including all uncancelled passports, if you are applying by post. You can apply using NCS (at a fee) at your local council and they will photocopy all your documents and give the originals back to you so that you are free to travel.

Thanks CR001 for a quick response.

That clarifies. Will take the NCS route.

Children are 10 and 6.
