HI,

My daughter was born in the UK in 2013. I was here since 2004 but did not register for WRS as I am from an A8 country, but then became self-employed in 2009. Does this mean, my daughter is not automatically British? I was just wondering if there is a way around this. Thanks

there is no way around it, if you was employed before you become self-employed WRS was required. if you was self-employed from 2009 till now you will have PR by now so can register your child as British
