This may sound a silly question , but I don't see a field for first name
section 1.6 says other name and 1.7 says Name at birth if different from above

So I am baffled as in where to enter my first name !

Please help

1.6 is your first name and second name if you have one.

1.7 is if you are married and to list your maiden name or if you have changed your name by deed poll you list your original name here.
