Help Needed on Form MN1 - Section 2 & 3

hi all,
I just spoken with Nationality Check services over the phone (0300 123 2253)
I am applying for children under 18 as a British Citizen under filling form MN1 under section 1(3)
she said I need to fill 3.1,3.2,3.3 section on MN1 form although I don't need section 2.1 to fill, I am wondering who is right , Nadeem did you get any issue when you submit your application , what I result of your application.
2nd if I fill 3.1 , 3.2,3.33 how many years record is require?
any body have experience about section 2.1,3.1,3.2,3.3 on MN1 Form ?? , when applying under section 1(3) (children born in UK 5 and 9 years old, include children we all have biometric card of ILR issued 3 months ago)
