Dear All :
I read this in the guide an ..
1.48- 1.53 You must provide details of your current and previous employment during the past 10 years
If you do not pay income tax through PAYE you must demonstrate that you have discharged your obligations towards the H.M. Revenue & Customs, by attaching a Self Assessment Statement of Account.

In my situation I'm working for an agency's and my tax code is PAYE 1006 . My questions

1- do I have to provide self assessment ??
2- if I , how to do it !!
Thank you

As you are working for an agency and have pay slips, so you don't need to worry. Most likely self assessment is for self employed. Expert members here may explain more.

Self assessment is something that self-employed people do once a year to declare how much they've earned in the last financial year so HMRC can work out how much tax they owe and bill them.

If you've worked through an agency and you're on their payroll then it's most likely you're paying tax through PAYE (Pay As You Earn).
