Employment Requirements

I have ILR. My case is T1G to ILR.

Since I came to UK on T1G, I was always required to be employed. Do I need to be employed when applying for British citizenship? Is there any minimum income requirements that I need to know?

Thanks

No you dont need to be employed when applying for British citizenship and there is no minimum income requirement.

But Naturalisation form asks what's my occupation. The choices are four: employed, business partner, self-employed, director. There is no choice for unemployed.

You can write 'unemployed' at question 1.48 if the applicant is currently unemployed and ignore the rest, except for question 1.53 where you would need to include any employment in the last 10 years. But again, if never been employed, it can be ignored.
