Form AN: Previous Marriage

I am applying for citizenship just for myself (no dependents). I was divorced 7 years ago in another country, my ex-wife never came to UK.

Form AN asks to fill details of previous marriage (name, date of birth, place of birth etc). I don't want to remember anything about her, and filling her name in my application makes me uncomfortable. Do I really need to fill all this info?

do you have the divorce certificate?

If i was you id be honest and fill it in just in case cos if u dont and they see you have been married before it may go against your good character. this is a hard one. i can see why you wouldnt want to give it.

Paying 1000 pounds probably makes you even more unncomfortable. So what? Just give them the information they ask you for, if you really want to apply for citizenship.
