This is my first post in this topic. I just got ILR on the basis of LR.

I have 2 UK born kids. they travelled to Pakistan once. Currently holding Pakistani passport but no visa. My spouse flr fp application is still pending. So dont have her passport and visa plus our marriage certificate.

Can i register my children as british on MN1 Section 1 (3)?

Can i use NCS?

i rang one NCS and they said without spouse passport and marriage certificate u cant use and apply?

Kindly guide me.

If i send my originals passport and BRP how much time they will take?

Do i need to send my kids Pakistani passports as well.

Looking forward for your advises

If they were born prior to 1 July 2006, then a marriage certificate is required, else it shouldn't be, provided that you are named as the child's father on the child's birth certificate.

2nd thing my marriage certificate in in urdu and i sent the attested english translation copy to HOME OFFICE.

if i need a marriage certificate for kids Registration can i use another attested english translation copy?

One last question

Do i need to take child Pakistani Passports to NCS appointment? which also contain my name.

No harm in taking them as they are relatively light. See also form MN1 and Chapter 8 for what they expect.
