Hi. i v got refusal letter from home office after one year waiting for respond from them.
Because my identity was wrong (family name and date of birth) .i translated my birth certificate and sent to them, but they refused my application and told (THE HOME SECRETARY CONSIDERS THAT THIS CONSTITUTES A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO MISLEAD her).I can not send any new application during next 10 years.
Do you think I have any chance to appeal for this decision ?

I remember that before the end of 14 years illegal stay taking to ILR route many bogus applicants who are not in ukba system used to apply on false claim that they are here for the last 14 years and use fake details with the help of cheap minded solicitors. But now ukba has made BC system very tough and all those will be trapped.
How come family name and date of birth is wrong if case is true . These culprits make life tough to good of good migrants

sorry for late reply .my first name is spelling mistake and a word got before my family name and my date of birth 10 days different in converting date. therefore all my identity is wrong. May you don't believe it that all mistake it was unpremeditated . because that time i wasn't very well and i did tortured in my country i been several time for medical foundation. I can not say my interpreter made a mistake. but my fault was as i didn't have responsibility about my identity . And everybody told me that i can prove my correct identity with original document when i m going to apply for naturalization.
