i am applying for Nationalization and have question with regards to referee.

me and my friend live at same address, he is a British passport holder, can he be my one of the referee given that we live at same address.

There is no restriction on a referee's address.
They must not be related to you (or to the other referee).
If not a professional referee he must be over age 25.
