Can someone advise me regarding application for naturalisation. I'm in process of getting documents ready for the application. Me, my wife and my 10 year son are applying and I've just realised that my son's passport expired about a month ago. My and my wife's passport are in-date and valid.
Do I need to get a new passport for my son before applying or can I use the expired one?
I'm planning to use NCS.

This should be fine. I am assuming your child has held ILR for 12 months.

Yes my son has ILR for almost 2 yrs now.
