UK Born Kids before parents settlement - MN1 - NCS Document

Hello experts ,
I would request your help on confirming my understanding based on the information gathered from the forum
I am on Tier 1 general Visa valid (till April 2016 )and would be applying for ILR through PEO in Oct 215 as I complete 5 years in UK.
The query is related to my daughter born in UK in Feb 2012 who is currently having indian passport with PBS Dependent Visa status valid till April 2016 .
I intend to get the child registration application done in NCS Hounslow in Nov 2015 once I get settled status in Oct 2015.
My queries :
1. How much in advance should i take an appointment with NCS hounslow. Please note for now i don't have settled status.
2. I understand , NCS would like to see my ILR Approval letter / ILR BRP and would return it to me after certifying . This is critical as I need to travel in Europe for my job thus cant give my passport . Am I correct?
3.We plan to travel to India in First week of Dec 2015 , From the MN1 time lines I understand the Registration should be taking 8-12 week so obviously the registration process would not finish before we come back from India in Jan 2016. I hope travelling outside UK while registration application is in progress should not be an issue for the kid.
Will the NCS return my Childs Indian Passport / BRP immediately just like mine or will they force me to submit the Kids BRP inabsence of which she would not be able to travel to india. Please enlighten on this most important question based on your NCS experience.
The Document list for MN1 in my opinion is as below:
1. Kids long Birth Certificate ( I can submit original)
2. Atleast one of the Parent ILR Approval/BRP ( I can show original but cant submit)
3. Kids old Indian passport ( Is this actually required , If yes will certified copy work for NCS)
4.Filled MN1 form with Reference ( Any two reference including one of british citizen ,second of any professional ( Eg Docter, School or even any limited company director )
May I request you to confirm the above so that i can sleep peacefully
Cheers
Anand
