Hi
I submitted naturalization application by NCS about 4 weeks before but fees is not taken yet and I have not received any biometrics enrol letter. All I received an email confirmation that HO received my application and they gave case ID. I am bit worry now, will I send them an email regarding fees and biometrics enrol letter?

Are you tracking June application timelines, here:

- if it's any 'reassurance', there seem to be a lot of similar, delayed applications.
Probably a case of sitting it out for a while - at least you have a case ID.
Good luck.

I have noticed that Bracknell Forest Council have this on the
NCS page of their website
Please be advised that the Home Office is currently taking between 4 and 8 weeks to process fees for applications received after 1st April 2015. Your application will have been received and signed for if you have not heard otherwise. Once the fee has been taken, you will receive a receipt from the Home Office.
Seems there is currently a significant delay in the Home Office taking the fee.
