Naturalisation- I have a UK degree

I would really appreciate if someone can help.
I have the Life in UK and ILR. I am now applying for naturalisation and I came here and graduated here therefore I have a UK degree.
I understand that I don't need the UK NARIC document - my question is should I just tick 1.22 that I have LIUK and the test ID and move on to another section or do I need to tick that I have "qualification with regards to degree" option?
I have struggled to find a clear answer to this because the question 1.22 extends to "And either" which (to me) suggests I need to tick one of the options.
I would really appreciate expert help thank you.

I guess it's another kind of English test.
Seriously though, do not skip the question - you risk failing your application.

Answer 1.22 & relevant boxes at top of page 7 ...
For your case it looks like:
"I have obtained..."
& ii)

Submit your degree certificate as proof as per the guidance notes.
