British Citizenship: Questions

Hi all. I have a question about the photograph requirement for Form AN. The guidance state as follows:
"It should not show your face wholly or partly concealed by your hair (beards, sideburns and moustaches excepted) or by a scarf or traditional dress."
I wear headscarf for religious reasons. I do not recall any such wording in the application for the ILR application and in my ILR card picture I am wearing my headscarf. Do any of you have any idea/experience about whether I can provide a head covered picture with my application (just to clarify the scarf slightly covers the side of my face - as in the sideburns, otherwise the face is completely visible).
Thank you so much in advance. Any help/clarification/insight/advice will be much appreciated.

Evidence of lawful residence (app based on spouse)

Hi ,
My spouse has been granted British Citizenship and I am applying for naturalisation on that basis. I have been given my ILR earlier this year. The application guide (section3) suggests that as evidence of lawful residence I need to submit my passport OR "letters from employees educational establishments or other government departments indicating presence in the UK". So since I don't have the latter, should I just provide my passport or also provide some other documents (like utility bill) as evidence?
Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Hi, I'm applying for British Citizenship as spouse of a British Citizen. I was given ILR in January 2015 and have been resident in UK since 31/03/2012. I will be using the NCD service provided by my council. I will appreciate if one of the moderators kindly look into my list of documents and advise on whether I am missing anything:
1. Completed application + photograph + 2 references
2. My passport
3. My BRP card
4. Life in the UK test
5. UK university honours certificate
6. Original marriage certificate
7. Notarised photocopy of marriage certificate
8. Photocopy of spouse's British passport (first 4 pages)
Thanks in advance.

You don't need photocopies of documents. As you are apply through NCS, they will copy and certify the copies. You also need the payment sheet.
Can you not take your partners original passport with you?

Hi,
I've applied for Naturalisation as spouse of BC and 3 years rule. I got my ILR in January 2015. I just received a letter asking me to give my biometric. Is this usual? I was u see the impression they don't ask for biometric with naturalisation application. Any insight will be helpful. Moderators, will be grateful if one of you kindly respond. Thanks in advance.

Biometric enrollment has been a requirement for naturalisation since 06-Apr-15.
I am surprised you did not notice this in the list of fields you have pasted to
update your timeline.
