I would appreciate if anyone can help me for my daughter's naturalisation application.
We got ILR last week after waiting for 4 months. I didn't include my daughter in the application assuming she will be eligible for naturalisation. her visa (tier 1 dependent) expire on 16th April 2015.
She also born in UK.

Does it affect on her naturalisation application? I am thinking they might say her visa status already expired.
Anyone had similar situation?

Children do not naturalise.

The fact that a leave issued to your UK-born daughter has expired is irrelevant.
Read Guide MN1 and then use Form MN1.

Thanks Sushdmehta
I had included her in my tier 1 extension for 2 years, Hence she got limited leave to remain till 16th April 2015.
I hope it wont effect on her MN1 application if I apply next week.

It would not impact. My son who was born in the UK and was earlier on a Tier1 General dependent had an expired leave last year and we got the ILR this year (June 29th). We have already applied for his naturalisation through MN1 (Section 1(3)) and we have also received invitation for our Biometric which we have enrolled already. No issue I can confirm .

Good luck
