Delay in processing British Naturalization application

Hello people,
Am here asking anyone for advice or to share his experience when have applied for BC naturalization.
Basically, I have ILR for 5 years, being a refugee in the UK for 5 years with ILR, no absence out or the UK, a good character, UK master degree, passed Life in the UK test.
I have applied don 27/11/2014 and until today 6/8/2015 have not received any decision!
my solicitor was called the HO on the 20/06/2015 and they answered that the decision has not been made yet!
could anyone please help me in what is happening as my application is taking 8 month so far!
Besides, my mother and sister have applied on 15/11/2014 and have got the approval letter on the 12/6/2015.
My Application timeline:
Eligibility criteria: being Refugee with 5 year ILR
Method of application: NCS ( Cohesion Legal Services)
Date of application: 27/11/ 2014
Date of receipt by UKBA: 4 /12/ 2014
Date of debit of fees: 7/12/2014
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 8/12/2014
Date of receipt of approval: still pending until now!
