CAN I APPLY FOR NEUTRALIZATION??

HI
I want to apply for British citizen ship. I entered in Uk on the basis to Tier 1 General in August 2009.
I got ILR in July 2014. i want to apply for British Citizenship.
But on my driving licence i got 3 Points in January 2015.
SP 30 Exceeding statuary speed limit.
I want to Know can i apply and get neutralization keeping these points on my driving licence.
or
i have to wait for 12 months till january 2016 to apply and get neutralisation.

Here (Click) you have only just recently applied for ILR. If this is correct, you are NOT eligible for citizenship yet.

was the SP30 given in court?
If yes, you have to wait 5 years from the date.
if not, then you can apply to be naturalised. You have to mention these points in the application form, otherwise they'll love you for giving them the excuse to ban you from re-applying for 10 years.

I got these point by police officer and paid 100 pounds fine .
And it has been 12 months past for my ILR

It seems you're ok to apply for naturalisation then.
