Help with naturalisation

Hello all,
I'm new to this forum and would appreciate all your help. I decided it was time to go ahead with the naturalisation process since I had a baby with my partner and have no plans on returning to Turkey.
I came here at the age of 12 with Indefinite Leave to Remain. I have no family in Turkey that I speak to and I couldn't imagine ever living there.
My partner is British. We are not married but will be in the future.
I came here in 2006. Since moving here, we've been Turkey for holiday purposes only every summer, no longer than 2 weeks at a time.
I had a driving offence which resulted in 3 points back in 2012 which was driving without a licence... I know, it was stupid of me. In my defence, I was practicing with a friend who I believed held his licence for 3 years to find out it was only 2.5 years.
Since the offence, I had a CRB check which doesn't show anything. Would that cause any issues?
I guess I am just scared of getting rejected since it's a very large sum of money.
I am currently studying a Law degree at Nottingham Law School. My partner and my daughter - who's 6 months old are both British and they were both born here.
We are going away on holiday on 2nd of September and I plan on starting my application as soon as we get back.
Could you give me some advice?
Is there any reason why I should get rejected?
Any tips?

You need to fulfill the requirements to avoid being rejected, including KOLL (LITUK, English), good character, of sound mind, free of immigration restrictions, comply with absence limits (etc etc).

Your conviction needs to have timed out under the immigration rules before you apply.

Note: As not a spouse of BC you need to have been settled (eg hold ILR or PR) for at least 12 months before applying as well as meeting 5 years residency requirement..
&
You need to have been physically present in UK 5 years before date of your application.

Start with forum FAQS:
british-citizenship/citizenship-faqs-co ... 95747.html
&
british-citizenship/british-citizenship ... 36725.html

then work through the AN guide:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... n_2015.pdf

Good luck.
