Naturalization application with PCN

Hi,
Already did a search in board for PCN but most of them are old threads and doesn't seem to be an issue.
But the rules changed a lot now adays trying to figure this out.
I currently hold ILR through Tier 1 General Route. I have received PCN I did online challenge on to cancel the ticket and it came back negative and going to pay the parking ticket with the discounted charges itself. I am just wondering whether this will affect when I apply for Naturalization? Does this need to be mentioned in the Application?
