Can i request ur advice regarding MN1 for my son (6 years old) who is on indefinite since 3 years and He is resident in UK since 5 years.
During last 3 years he was once in India for 277 days. However since last 2 years he is in UK continuous. Depending upon above description, Please advice if my son is eligible to apply for MN1?

The above description also applies to my wife as well. My intention is to combinedly apply 'AN' for my wife and 'MN1' for my son together.

Please advice whether it is suitable now to apply for both or not?

When applying for naturalisation there are no specific requirements around absences from UK for a young minor;
for an adult see section 5 of guidance, here:

1. A minor does not naturalise, but registers for British citizenship.
2. There is no residence requirement for a minor under 13.

I became british citizen 2 years ago.
My son (now 6 years old, born in India) got ILR 3 years ago. He is resident in UK since last 5 years.
During last 5 years, his absence from UK is 277+33 = 310 days.
Break down of absence as below:
_ During last 3 years he was once in India for 277 days.
_ During last 1 year he was once in India for 33 days.
Depending upon above description, Please advice if my son is eligible to apply for MN1?

The standard requirements for a spouse of a British citizen include one that states absences from UK less than 270 in the 3 years preceding the application. According to 4.1.1 of the Annex B: residence requirements, absences up to 300 are normally disregarded. For upto 540 absences, refer to 4.1.2.

For the child, as I have intimated there are no time restrictions as such;
registration is at Home Secretary's discretion.

For your wife, it is recommended you & she check all the requirements she will have to meet, including for absences (& etc);

My wife is applying for naturalisation, currently she is on ILR since 2.5 years.
We are confused about English language requirements, please guide us:
Following are her qualification details
1. Bachelors Degree: Bachelor of Science (3 year course) from India

2. UK-Naric Statement of comparability(undertaken in May-2012 for ILR) : confirming equivalent to british bachelor (ordinary) degree.

3. Letter (dated May-2008) from the university (in India): confirming medium of study for bachelors degree as English.
Please advice does my wife also require UK naric – ELA in addition to the above items?
