Hi

I have a query regarding my spouse naturalisation and was wondering if someone would be able to assist. I have already gone through the materials online and as such would prefer if someone can answer to my query as oppose to direct me to home office links. I have recently obtained my British citizenship on 7 Apr 2015.

My wife first arrived in UK on 09/10/10 on spouse visa and got her ILR on 01/04/14.

She has got following holidays:

2014: 19/04/14 - 12/07/14 = 87 days
2011: 30/11/11 – 18/09/12 = 293 days in total and if we take jan - sep then 262 days (Pregnancy Complications – Medical leave)
19/05/11- 24/05/11 = 4 days

Now based on the above information when is she able to apply for naturalisation?

I will appreciate your help.

Thanks
Kunal

From 18/09/12 till 18 Sept 2015- your spouse would have stayed for 3 continuous years in UK, so YES she can apply for AN (spouse of british citizen) on/from 19/Sept/2015 (Assuming she was present in UK on 19th Sept 2012 or she was in the UK at the beginning of the period of 3 years ending with the date of the application)

Please refer Section 18.2.2.1 and 18.2.2.2 from below link.
