few naturalisation questions

A brief history
Initial Tier 1 entry clearance granted on
11-10-2008
First arrived UK on
14-12-2008
Left UK
30-01-2009
Return UK on
11-10-2009
First extension granted
26-10-2011 - 21-10-2013
Second extension (used same day service on 21-10-2013 but application held for further inquiries extension granted on)
31-10-2013 - 21-10-2016
Got ILR (used same day service on 22-09-2014 applied within 28 days earlier from 5th anniversary from my second entry dated 11-10-2009 - 11-10-2014)

now basically my question is am I ok if I applied on 22-09-2015 for my naturalisation?
my second question related to employment section from past 6 years i was working full time for various companies also for the same period was doing freelance work as registered self employed... can you please suggest in Employment history section should I only mention full time position or should I have to mention my self employment history as well?
