Hi ,

I wanted your opinion with regards to eligibility for applying for BC. I am naturalised british citizen.

My wife has entered the UK on Tier 1 General Visa in 2010 on her own. She received her ILR last week.

She married myself in May 2014 in the UK. Considering that I am British Citizen - Can she apply for BC or does she need to wait for a month?

If your wife is going to apply under the 3 year rule, being spouse of UK citizen then No she doesnt have to wait for a full 12 months of ILR providing she has been legally and physically present in the UK 3 years on the day you apply,which she has so she can apply anytime from now!
