Naturalisation Application - Can you please check my list?

We are now ready to submit our application. Can anyone please check if I have everything I need?
Background: Family of 3. Me, Husband and our daughter (born abroad). Husband came here on Tier1(G). Me and daughter joined as dependents. We all got ILR last year (August 2014). Husband and I both work. I am a director of my ltd company since 2010. Husband was in permanent employment. He left his job and started his own business in Feb 2015.
We plan to apply via NCS
Documents:
Adults:
1. Form AN (May version) - one form each for the adults
2. Passports
3. Photographs (for Referee pages)
4. BRPs (ILR)
5. Life in the UK certificates
6. Degree certificates - original (both our degrees are from India. Our qualifications are on the Points based calculator and it awards 10 points for English language requirement)
7. HMRC self assessment for both (2013-2014)
8. Marriage certificate
Child
1. MN1 form (sept version)
2. Passport
3. BRP (ILR)
4. Photograph (for referee page)
5. Birth Certificate

New AN form and Guide (Click)
There is likely to be a transitional period for using the May 2015 form.

Thank you.
I will check with NCS if they can accept my May version forms.
If not I have to fill 2 full application forms AGAIN!!
Does the document list look ok? would you recommend I add anything else to support my application?

Hi all,
I have an appointment with NCS today. Can you please help clear some last min questions?
1. Do I take any photocopies of my documents?
2. For a child born abroad (before parents got ILR), itssection 3(1) - pls confirm
3. Do I need any letter from the school for the child?
4. I have my own limited company. Im enclosing last 5 yrs SA 302s.Do i need any letters from my accountant?
5. Any bank statements?
6. Any address proofs etc ?
7. Shall I include a cover letter?

Suggest make & keep own copies of the application forms for your own reference.
2) Yes section 3(1)
Don't forget payment form/s (keep copies too, for your reference);
ensure sufficient funds in place.
