Can you please answer my questions?

1. Professional referee: My wife is a housewife and looking for a professional referee to sign her naturalisation application. One of my family friend is a self-employed and has registered his own company in June this year and he is a director of his company. Is he eligible to sign as a professional referee?

2. Question 1.49 in AN form: Address of tax office or tax office reference. What should I answer this question I am an employee working since 2009 when I first enter the UK.

1) yes, if he meets the other rewuirements - e.g. Knowing the applicant for 3 or more years etc...
2) This can be found on your last P60 or by asking your employer - payroll.

Can someone answer my another question please?

My wife did here Grade 5 ESOL entry 3 from Trinity College London in Feb 2013 which is valid for 2 years. We are planning to apply naturalisation this month end and she has already proved her English requirement in Oct 2014 when we applied ILR.

1. Does she need to take any other test now as we are applying after 12th November? Is Trinity College London's Entry 3 Grade 5 is still acceptable English test after 12th November?

2. Question 1.23 in AN form: "Provide the SELT unique electronic reference number provided by the awarding body" - My wife's certificate does not have any reference number. What should I enter here?
