I am currently living in the UK on an Ancestry visa with my wife and son,who are on dependency visas. When the time comes for us to apply for ILR,my son will be 20.My question is will he be entitled to British Citizenship?

Yes, as long as he meets the standard requirements. 5 years residence, within the absence allowance, of good character etc. as he will be applying as an adult in his own right for citizenship.
He will also need to do Life in the UK test for ILR if over 18 and English B1 unless from an exempt country.
