Hello everyone,

I will like to ask 2 questions.

I married my spouse who is a British Ciizen in 2009 outside the UK, Got a 2yr visit to come and live with my spouse in the UK in september of 2010, Arrived in the UK on the 4th of Nov 2010, Got my ILR in october of 2012, marriage broke down in december of 2012, myself and my spouse are not divorced yet but have been living apart since December of 2012, November 4th of 2015 makes it 5 years that i have been in the UK.

1- Do i qualify to apply for Naturalisation?

2- If i qualify, do i just need to pay the AN Naturalisation fee (£1005) and UKM, UKF Section 4C, 4G, 4H, 4I registration (ceremony fee only) - £80? which makes a total of £1085.

Thank you very much for your responses.

Yes, either the 3 or 5 year route if you meet the relevant requirements for each. You can apply on the basis of 3 years as spouse of BC and the requirement is to be married, which you are. If you apply on 3 years basis, you will need your spouse's passport or British birth certificate. If you apply on 5 years residence, you don't need it but they might ask for it.
2- If i qualify, do i just need to pay the AN Naturalisation fee (£1005) and UKM, UKF Section 4C, 4G, 4H, 4I registration (ceremony fee only) - £80? which makes a total of £1085.
UKM and UKF is NOT applicable to you. It form AN only and the fee of £1005 ONLY, which includes the ceremony fee.
