Hi,

I have sent my Naturalisation application via special delivery on 29/10/15. I have checked on the tracking website that it had arrived on 30/10/15. As of today I have not received an acknowledgment letter from the home office and also the fees haven’t been debited from my account. I have looked on this forum and have found peoples fees debited within 5 days. I am getting worried since it going to be two weeks. Should I phone or email the home office? I hope you can help me. Many thanks in advance

I think you will be very lucky to have fee deducted within 5 days. It is currently taking on average 3 to 4 weeks to deduct the fee and receiving the acknowledgement/bio-metrics request letter. So don't worry just yet.....
