Hi,
I have received my approval certificate (delivered at my previous address).
I recently moved house, I am in a new city now which is under a different council.
What are my options in this case, can I attend the ceremony in the previous city?

You can attend at the Council in the previous city. This will be easier and quicker than trying to get your ceremony moved to another council as the certificate will need to be sent back to HO and then resent out and can take a while.
